The top two complaints from new clients are that they are frustrated with their arms and belly area. They want to see muscle definition in their arms and they don’t know how to achieve the results they desire. YES you can ABSOLUTELY see results if you put in the work. I am going to break down my top five tips to achieve arm muscle definition.
Why Rest Days?
Rest days are just as important as exercise. In fact, a successful fitness regimen isn’t complete without rest days. Taking regular breaks allows your body to recover and repair. It’s a critical part of progress, regardless of your fitness level.
All about that STRETCH
Stretching keeps your muscles flexible, strong, and healthy. We need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints. Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight. Then, when you call on the muscles for activity, they are weak and unable to extend all the way. That puts you at risk for joint pain, strains, and muscle damage.
