SUMMER IS HERE! I know it looks a bit different with quarantine, but it still feels great to have warm weather and the sun on your face. As summer approaches, my clients are constantly asking me about ways to tone their arms - I challenge you this week to a quick workout you can do every day that will help with that (in addition to attending my classes of course).
