What equipment do I need?

SIWICKI FITNESS classes can be completed at the gym, in the privacy of your own home, or anywhere you have enough room to move!

Below, you can find a full list of the equipment you will need to effectively complete the workout:

  • Yoga Mat (Optional)

  • Dumbbell(s) (Optional)

  • Don’t have any dumbbells? Use anything weighted - you can get clever with this: textbooks, laundry detergent, even wine bottles will work!

How much are classes?

$15 per class. However, weekly subscriptions are offered at $24.99, $29.99, or $39.99 depending on the amount of classes you plan on taking. Click the “Learn More” button below to open up the scheduler option where you will find all options.

I have never worked out, will I be able to handle the classes?

SIWICKI FITNESS classes are designed for EVERY level (beginner, intermediate and advanced). Each class provides options for every move.

I have an injury/I am pregnant - should I refrain from participating in class?

You should always consult with your primary health care professional before exercise. If you have a particular injury, or you may be pregnant, consult with a professional to determine what is right for your body. Remember to listen to your body and only do what is right and comfortable for you. SAFETY FIRST!

How do I access the live sessions?

You access the live sessions by reserving a class through the Siwicki Fitness Scheduler. You can find the “Reserve a Class” page at the top of any page or by clicking the “Learn More” button below.

How much room do I need in order to complete the workout?

You need approximately 68 inches vertically and 24 inches horizontally (the size of a yoga mat/large towel) to complete the workout. A large space is not necessary - we will make this work!

I am not familiar with the names of the classes, what do they incorporate?
