In 2021, I was voted D.C. area's top virtual fitness trainer by the Washington City Paper and ranked in the top 1% of Equinox group fitness instructors worldwide in 2019. Holding certifications in Women's Fitness and athletics, I constantly review pregnancy fitness research to provide the best program for clients.
Diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes at 5, I've always valued nurturing our bodies. At 30, my goal is to help you achieve the best shape, especially during pregnancy. My wife Juliann and I, having experienced pregnancy fitness confusion, created a one-stop shop for expectant mothers and new parents, focusing on exercise safety, mental health, and nutrition.
