  • TABATA

    Mondays 7:30am, 9am & 5:30pm EST

    Tabata is a type of high-intensity interval training. It’s broken down into 4 minute workouts consisting of 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work at maximum effort, followed by 10 seconds of rest.

    Tabata is scientifically proven to keep your heart rate high and increase metabolism throughout the entire day. Be prepared to melt the calories away.

  • LIFT MORE!

    Tuesdays 7am, 9am, 5:30pm EST

    Get ready to amp it up with Lift More!—the strength class that doesn't mess around. We're talking 50 minutes of non-stop lifting, targeting every major muscle group. No fluff, no filler, just pure, relentless strength training.

    In Lift More!, it's all about breaking through those mental barriers. We know you've got more in you, and this is your chance to prove it—to yourself and to everyone in the room. The atmosphere is electric, the energy is infectious, and the gains? They're real.

    Wednesdays 7:30am, 9am & 5:30pm EST

    In "Strength and Agility," we combine the robustness of strength training with the finesse of agility work, creating a balanced fitness routine suitable for all ages. This class focuses on enhancing your functional movement, reducing the risk of injury, and improving your quality of life.

    As we age, our physical agility can diminish, which is why incorporating agility training is crucial.     Lower, Upper, Core—the strength class that zones in on what matters. We break it down into three 15-minute segments, each one laser-focused on a different part of your body: lower body, upper body, and core. No muscle gets left behind in this 45-minute power session.

    In Lower, Upper, Core, we're not just going through the motions. We're diving deep into each muscle group, pushing you to your limits, and making every second count. The vibe is electric, the gains are real, and the sweat? Oh, it's guaranteed.

  • RISE AND FLOW YOGA

    Sundays 9:45am EST

    Taught by Angela Wagner. Wake up to an energizing and powerful class that will leave you feeling rinsed and revitalized. In this class, you will learn to combine your breath, movement, and healthy alignment to create a challenging physical and mental practice. Reduce tension and stress while creating discipline and strength in your body and in your life.
