When my gym closed to COVID back in March I was a train wreck. I had been in such a solid groove and was feeling extremely motivated both physically and mentally. In a quick moment, I felt like it was kind of all ripped away from me and I was left feeling weak. I had no gym equipment to speak of and I was trying to throw together different cardio and strength ideas that I could do myself at home, but I had zero accountability and my heart just really wasn't in it. So much of exercise for me is not just a physical workout, but a true mental-health booster. My friend told me to check out Siwicki Fitness on zoom and invited me to try a workout with him one morning. I have been hooked ever since!!!!! Jacob was my previous trainer when he worked here in NH, so I felt super comfortable checking out his zoom class because I knew what type of a guy he was and how excellent his training is. Jacob has given me LIFE again. I have a reason to get up each day. His virtual classes are absolutely amazing. They are challenging, fun and energetic and I look forward to them with excitement. Jacob is the most motivating trainer I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He is so inclusive and makes everyone feel special and important and that is so RARE. Thank you for challenging me to be a better version of myself, daily.

I had been taking classes with Jacob at Equinox for years before COVID hit. I was instantly attracted to his insanely motivating energy and consistently challenging but fun classes. Oh, and his bad ass playlists, too! I have been trying to get my boyfriend to join me but he had the “typical he-man” skepticism group fitness classes (“I won’t get good workout, I need to lift heavy to see results, etc”). Once everything went on lockdown, I was thrilled to see that Jacob stepped up and immediately came out with well thought out programming to make sure we didn’t skip a beat while working out at home.
I’m so impressed and grateful for the way he’s invested in not only keeping the workouts challenging and fresh, but by getting the right equipment to give us a quality workout via Zoom (the mic, lighting, floors, music sync, etc…) He’s also done an incredible job with offering modifications and options for those with injuries, lacking equipment/space and pregnant women.
After the first week, my boyfriend finally decided to try and as to be expected, was immediately hooked. Jacob proved him wrong about group fitness - he hasn’t missed a day with Jacob since he started! And let me tell you, we see RESULTS! As someone who avidly worked out pre-COVID, I was hoping to just maintain, but by consistently doing Jacob’s classes throughout COVID,
I’ve seen abs I haven’t seen in ages, and more definition overall. It’s not easy to find a workout that both my boyfriend and I enjoy AND see results from, so we are so grateful for Jacob! (And Juliann too! Hello #pregnantmamagoals !!)

Siwicki Fitness has been a life savor during these unprecedented times. I was very worried about how I was going to maintain my fitness routine and this has been the perfect solution. I’m usually a 9am participant but I love having the 5pm option. Jacob does an excellent job of making the classes interesting and diverse. Starting my mornings with Jacob has kept me sane during quarantine! Jacob’s workouts are high energy and he adds lots of variety so you never get bored. I have been working out with Jacob ever since he joined Lifetime. Now that I’ve been able to workout with him six days a week from home, I am definitely ready for my summer wardrobe! While there are things that I miss about going to the gym, I am getting a better workout at home because Jacob’s classes are consistently at a high level. Plus, I don’t feel isolated because Jacob gives you feedback while you’re working out. Jacob is great for all levels of fitness. I highly recommend working out with Jacob!

Your workouts have been probably THE primary motivating factor I’ve had during quarantine to keep in shape. It’s been so easy to snack all day, have that extra glass (or two) of wine....but no matter what I get myself pumped for that morning workout! Siwicki Fitness has quite frankly been a lifesaver during this pandemic. Not only do I get a daily calorie burn, but Siwicki Fitness has created a fun community of people who show up to put in the work every day. It is inspiring and motivating and helps me exercise when I'm not feeling up to it. I love that Jacob gets to know the hundreds of people who join his classes and he makes sure to call them out and give them support along the way - even to my mom who only joins me occasionally for the workouts! Julianne is a great partner and we love her music taste and dance moves. On the few occasions I have done multiple classes a day, he mixes it up, which is incredible considering how many moves he already plans out for a single class. I can't thank the Siwickis enough for bringing these workouts to me and my family during this time - it's been crucial to our mental and physical health, and we've never felt better!

First off, I just want to say thank you for making me feel comfortable in my own skin again. After years of athletics, many different styles of training, I haven’t felt this comfortable actually working out “with” someone in years. I am typically the girl in the gym with XL everything even though I am a petite girl with Beats on BLASTING music hiding from everyone else around me. Jake’s Zoom workouts have made me be comfortable with being uncomfortable. I’m able to sweat without feeling embarrassed. Most importantly, my confidence levels have increased drastically since beginning a month and a half ago. Now, I am able to work out in those leggings or cropped top and be totally okay with it without hiding anymore.
Secondly, Jake’s workouts are FUN and actually ENJOYABLE! He brings a variety of different exercises and styles that you could do his workout every single day and never be bored. Also expect the unexpected with him. HE will NOT hold back calling you out to work harder and push yourself because he truly does want the best for YOU and for YOU to reach YOUR goals. His workouts make the time about you and no one else.
He is an extremely personable guy, which makes your workouts more enjoyable since you don’t actually hate your trainer or dread what you’re doing for the next hour. I have recommended Jake to friends, family, and even the high school lacrosse team I coach. I have received nothing but positive and raving reviews from them. I truly am lucky I was introduced to Jake for workouts. He has changed my life within only a month and a half and I’m forever grateful.

Prior to quarantine times, I worked out at least 5 days a week and considered myself to be in good shape. For the past year, my girlfriend has tried to get me to try various workout classes. I (somewhat stubbornly) resisted, believing that a proper workout consisted of focused muscle group lifts, followed by ab work, and separate cardio. About a week I to quarantine, I begrudgingly attended a zoom workout with trainer Jacob Siwicki. Heading into that first class, I expressed my doubt that a HIIT-style virtual class could replace my normal lifts and serve as a true regular workout. I was worried that I would be unable to maintain my current fitness level and muscle definition by attending these classes.
I was wrong. It’s no exaggeration to say that I knew before the end of the first class that Jacob not only knew what he was doing, but that his classes could replace my “normal” workouts and that I wanted to return the next day. I did. And I’ve been working out exclusively with Jacob ever since. I did not know Jacob prior to that first Zoom class and we’ve only met each other virtually. That makes Jacob’s ability to motivate and inspire even more impressive. Jacob is affable, outgoing, and funny and will make you feel welcome and comfortable with his classes immediately.
Notwithstanding his good nature, he finds ways to motivate you to push yourself harder in each class. By the end of each workout, you are simultaneously and paradoxically exhausted yet excited for the next day’s class. Not only will I continue to workout with Jacob for the remainder of “quarantine,” but I plan to do so after things return to normal. You should do the same.

I used to go to Equinox 6 mornings per week. Because of that, I knew how tough Jacob's classes were (although we only had him once per week). When he started doing daily classes, it was the perfect way to weather this pandemic in my 450 square foot apartment. I try to do these classes every day because it's guaranteed to be tough - which isn't true of every at-home Zoom workout.
I particularly like his classes for three main reasons: 1- With other at-home workouts I have done before, I slack off big time. For example, I will take a longer rest break than is allotted for or do fewer reps than I'm supposed to. With the Siwicki Fitness Zoom classes, it keeps me going (and burning more cals) because it's like I'm in a live class. 2- Not only does it keep me honest and on track during the workout because it's live, but Jacob will also call out the names of the individuals in the class and push them to go harder. I never imagined a Zoom workout to be so personal! 3- Finally, three times per week he does an ab class, which happens right after one of his tough workouts. My abs haven't been this strong since high school!

As someone who needs the social, motivational, and energy that group fitness classes provide, Jacob’s online Zoom classes have literally been a lifesaver during the quarantine! He engages with each and every one of us in the class (and at times there are nearly 100!), letting us know he knows we are here working out together and putting in the effort. Jacob’s charisma and motivation transcends the screen. I also appreciate that Jacob’s classes always start and end on time and are professionally broadcast over Zoom. No class is the same. Jacob has a seemingly endless supply of different exercises so there is no predictability or boredom! You get a total body workout every class. As a lifelong athlete, his classes are by far the most challenging, and thus, satisfying of any online class I’ve done, yet Jacob provides modifications for all levels and specific injuries. The post-workout high I get from Jacob’s classes sustain me and have helped me get through these days stuck at home.

Before the pandemic began, I was a regular attendee at Jacob’s fitness classes at Lifetime. While his classes were always at early times, I was motivated to attend because of Jacob’s top notch, rigorous workouts and his warm, charismatic personality.
Once the pandemic hit, my workout routine suffered. Everyday I was struggling to find a groove around work, kids, and domestic tasks. My mood was low due to the lack of freedom and the stressors of the pandemic.
Once I heard that Jacob was teaching over Zoom, I began taking the 9am classes twice a week, gradually working up to five times a week. i invited my family to join, and soon we were working out together and finding another way to bond during this difficult time. We ended up finding the one regular thing that would truly ground us through the pandemic, giving us structure and levity when we needed it most.
Every class, Jacob shows up with a huge smile, a positive attitude, and a highly structured plan of how to make you sweat. You know that you are in Jacob’s class when he starts yelling, “let’s go team!”, always hyping up the energy, challenging you to go harder and faster, and making sure you get what you came for- the burn. His wife Julianne is on board in the mornings to do the workouts with him; she matches his energy with her entertaining dance moves and bubbly personality.
Jacob is that rare coach who knows how to inspire you to do your best, with his constant humor and his encouraging shout outs, he makes you work harder than you thought you could, and makes you want to come back for more. He truly cares about each and every person in the class and makes them feel seen and appreciated for their efforts. Now, more than ever, we need to feel connected to each other, and Jacob makes you feel like you are truly an important part of the Siwicki Fitness family, whether you are a one timer or a regular.

What sets Jacob apart from other trainers is that he really cares. Not just in a check in on your fitness goals sort of way, but on a personal level. His passion for health and fitness show in every class that he does. During the Covid shutdown, I have done personal and small group training with Jacob, in addition to his group classes. I have never been more wiped out as I have been after these sessions. Despite being online, Jacob knows how to push you and get you into that zone of maximum effect. My coworkers commented just the other day how I look like I put on muscle mass over the last few months- the results are real. As gyms across the region have started to open up, my choice was easy- I’m sticking with Jacob and Siwicki Fitness. I have made more gains over the last few months than I have over the last few years. On top of that, his sessions are fun. Jacob is a quality person and an outstanding trainer. If you don’t train with him, it’s your loss.

I have been a regular for a month now. by regular I mean I start everyday day with 9 am fitness. I love the for mat and I love the energy and most important I love how I feel. I have been fortunate to be involved in athletics my whole life and I find Jacob as motivational, inspirational, and knowledgeable as anyone. he also out kicked his coverage with that superstar wife Juliann. I also feel that the full body high rep light weights is really conducive for older people to workout hard and feel good. I am 71 with a total knee replacement .

To say you are the best is just too simple. In a time when so many of us were wondering "oh no, what now?' Sent to our homes in many cases unprepared to create a home gym. You didn't miss a beat. Before everything shut down around us, you reached out with a lifeline. Your creative way of training made it possible for all to participate. Anything can be a weight! I was just getting into a great groove at LifeTime taking Jacob’s hardcore classes a few times a week and spinning. I could definitely see and feel the difference! Then, Covid came along! I had no idea how I was going to keep moving in the direction I wanted. I enjoy being in class and having someone telling me what to do! Now I was going to have to do this on my own. Fitness is more mental than physical for me. As a parent and child therapist, fitness is where I get my mental release! I found myself working from home doing TelePlay therapy, something I’ve never done before and having 3 teens at home with their own school work. I knew I had to find a way to take care of my own mental health before I could help others. That’s when I heard some chatter about this Zoom class Jacob was having, and I jumped right in and haven’t stopped! Jacob has opened up his heart and home to us all, and he crushes it every time with no two workouts alike! Challenging yet motivating! I would never be in the mental and physical place I am today without Jacob and his beautiful wife, Julianne! They are positive, encouraging, kind, compassionate, and super fun! The amazing energy that exudes from that Zoom not only has transformed my day, but it’s energy passed on to my family and clients!! There’s nobody who says, “Let’s go to work!” like Jacob. I’m not sure why it brings a smile to my face - when I know I am about to be dripping in sweat, exhausted and wondering if I can make another minute or even rep. But it does.

The “routine” will never be just that – the same or cookie-cutter.
