Tabata is a type of HIIT that’s broken down into 4-minute workouts.

To participate in these workouts, all you’ll need are dumbbells or anything weighted.

What is Tabata?

Tabata is a type of high-intensity interval training. It’s broken down into 4-minute workouts consisting of 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work at maximum effort, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Tabata is scientifically proven to keep your heart rate high and increase metabolism throughout the entire day. Our 20-minute Tabata online workouts are one of a kind.


Our Tabata online workout will have you MOVING, so be prepared to melt the calories away.
