When I switched to Brook's, everything just felt better. I was like wow. I did not believe it! Try them out!

Bought a foam roller

I rolled out my IT band (Outside of your leg), the inside of my leg, and the front of my leg. You quad muscles connect inside your knee! You have to stretch and roll those out!

For extra cushion and absorption.

Lastly, I really focused on my landings during my jumps.

I pretended Juliann was sleeping right underneath my floor. I need to jump high but not wake her up.

Everything I did to help my knees made all pain go away. There are multiple reasons for knee pain, but completing these steps helped my really help with the most common knee injuries
