What equipment do I need?
You can come to any class with just your body. If you are starting out with just bodyweight, we recommend bringing dumbbells after a few weeks or until you are comfortable
Where do I start?
If you are new to fitness or consider yourself a beginner, we recommend start with the strength based or yoga classes. Strength classes are on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Yoga is on Sundays.
If you do regular cardio, the fan favorite Tabata class is on Mondays.
Reminder - all classes are within the on-demand library
For the live classes, do I need to have my camera on?
You do not ever have to have your camera on. However, for a safer and better experience, we recommend turning it on so the trainers can see your form, offer corrections, and offer encouragement.
I have injuries. Do the instructors offer modifications?
ALWAYS. If you let the instructor know before hand, they will focus on you and give you more modifications from the start
